Sometimes, people get the terms “translator” and “interpreter” mixed up. However, these are two distinct professions.
Translators render written texts from a “source language” (the language in which the document is written) into another language (the “target language”).
Interpreters provide oral translations between speakers who speak different languages.

We accept documents by email, by fax, by post, or you can simply drop the documents into our office in person.
It should be noted that in order to receive a certified translation, we must see the hard copy of the original document.
Each project is unique. The turnaround time for each varies depending on the length of the document, the nature of the project, the languages involved, etc. In general, an experienced translator can translate between 1500 to 2000 words per day.

We accept files in formats such as .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rar, .txt, .ppt, .xls, .zip, etc.

We are willing to sign a confidentiality agreement before undertaking any translation project and we will never divulge your information to anybody other than a person specified by you.
All documents are translated by mother tongue experts, and once the translation is ready, it will be proof-read to ensure its accuracy.
If you intend to use your document for publication, we will proof-read the galleys once you have had it typeset by your printer.
